Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) Extend

Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) Extend

While there are plenty of reasons to love the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) that’ll be ongoing till the end of 2021, have you stopped to consider if you’re making the right choice based on your needs and preferences?

What Is The HOC (Home Ownership Campaign) 2021?

If you’re one of the few who haven’t heard of HOC before or just need a quick recall, the HOC (Home Ownership Campaign) is a government initiative designed to support homebuyers.

This time round, the Home Ownership Campaign 2021 is essentially the same as it was in 2019 – to stimulate the property buying process, and encourage the sale of unsold properties.

Buyers will be able to enjoy financial incentives by both the government and developers, to make their property dreams come true!

Wah Mie Group’s Taman Rimba Phase 3 (Imperial) was accorded the Highly Commended Best Luxury Housing Development (South & East – Malaysia) by Property Report in their South East Asia Awards (Malaysia) 2015 presentation. This award event was held on 26 August 2015 to recognise the top achievers in the local real estate industry.

The selection process was stringent by the panel of judges and the site evaluation was based on Design and Amenities, Location, Value for Money, Use of Space, Construction and Materials, Unique Selling Points and State of Completion. It was indeed an honour to be recognised under this category of achievement.

Taman Rimba is a 3 phased development whereby phases 1 and 2 are completed. The completed phases were also evaluated by CIDB’s Qlassic and phase 2 scored the highest at 77 points whereas phase 1 was only slightly lower.
